This policy explains what personal information Sherah Immigration Services Inc (“we”, “us”) collects through sherahimmigration.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us. Specifically:

  • Enquiry and assessment forms — your name, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
  • Newsletter signup — your email address.
  • Technical information — your IP address is recorded briefly when you submit a form, solely to enforce rate limits and block automated abuse.

What we do not collect

  • We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or third-party pixels.
  • We do not use cookies at all, other than a single session cookie that exists only while you are completing a form, to protect against cross-site request forgery.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to assess your immigration options, and to provide the services you ask us for. If you sign up to the newsletter, to send you updates until you unsubscribe.

How long we keep it

Enquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and, where you become a client, for as long as our professional obligations require. IP addresses recorded for rate limiting are discarded within 24 hours. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Your information is handled by Sherah Immigration Services Inc and, where an application requires it, submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada on your instruction. Our website hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to operate the site. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server, protected against cross-site request forgery, and rate limited. Access to submitted enquiries is restricted to staff who need it.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to info@sherahimmigration.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
